Twin Anchors knows how to make a big splash too. Our history in the houseboating industry brings three decades of trusted building experience, cutting edge innovations, exemplary levels of service and unmatched customer satisfaction. Building houseboats isn’t a job for us. It’s a way of life.

We are one of a select few capable of completing all facets of construction at one facility. Our 50,000 square foot factory includes interior design and engineering departments as well as a full complement of tradespeople skilled in welding, electrical, plumbing, cabinet and millwork, furniture manufacturing and upholstery. And yes, we have a test pond right on site.

Customer driven innovation is what motivates the Twin Anchors design team. As well as building boats, we manage a combined rental fleet of over 100 charter vessels operating from our marinas in Salmon Arm and Sicamous on Shuswap Lake in the interior of British Columbia.

In fact, our reputation for innovative building techniques and design solutions have earned us the respect and distinction of being the manufacturer of choice to 18 premier houseboat rental marinas throughout North America. Renters are, in general, far more effective in finding shortcomings in a boat than the most diligent research and development department. Our hands on experience in building for and maintaining sizeable rental fleets makes us directly aware of the need to build boats with the rugged construction that will stand up to years of wear and tear without sacrificing style, design and luxury.
